Donate to BISC
As a charity, BISC is thankful for the financial support of local churches, trusts and individuals which enables us to continue our work with international students.
Thank you for your generosity.
Our main fundraising concerns:
Winter Wellbeing Appeal
With the increased price of living and accommodation in Bristol we are finding that students require more emotional and practical help - especially in the winter. We want to be able to offer additional support to struggling international students during this period.
£5 donated enables us to offer a free meal to any student struggling to make ends meet.
£10 helps us to keep BISC warm and welcoming through the chilly winter.
£25 enables us to run a cosy Friday social without charging for tickets.
£50 a month allows us to run a Kintsugi Hope wellbeing group (kintsugihope.com) to support student mental health.
£150 a month will cover our shortfall from accommodating a BISC tenant at a reduced rent.
BISC Roof Appeal
We are so grateful for all those who donated towards our Roof appeal. We have raised the full amount needed and the work has now been completed over the summer 2024. This has secured the roof for many years to come, and solved the issues with leaks that were occurring. This has helped immensely to keep the work that BISC is doing up and running.

We at BISC are so grateful for the financial gifts that we receive from individuals, local churches and trusts. Through these donations we are able to welcome international students to our wonderful city of Bristol - providing them with food, social events, practical help and a community to be part of. It’s been amazing to see how BISC has become a second family to international students who are a long way from home.
